I just started a 3 month bulking cycle this week (The start of a 12 week Test E cycle)

Halfway through this week I just felt like I wasn't training enough. My current routine is only 3 days a week, but I started throwing in a 4th workout day. So I decided to create a new workout routing for the beginning of next week. I have never made up my own routine before and I know it needs critiquing. I basically just decided which body parts to workout which day and typed in some random exercises. I workout at home so I am somewhat limited on what workouts I can do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

it looks like a bit much. i do not see any ham work in there. you could do that on your second leg day hams
stiff leg
sumo leg press
leg curls

i would do
day 1 quads and bis
day 2 chest
day3 hams tris
day 4 rest
day 5 shoulders traps
day 6 back lower back
day7 rest
but there are so many great workouts out there
im having good luck with dc right now

Thanks, I wasn't really considering quad/ham when picking my workouts

I'll definitely change my second leg day to a more hamstring-oriented workout routine and focus on quads the first day.

As far as the rest, I really wanted to try to work each body part twice a week while giving each part enough rest in between. Is twice a week too much? I normally train everything once a week and just hit each group hard but you recover faster on gear correct? I thought it would be ok to train pretty intensely.

you can give it a shot. i grow better with less. remember your hitting shoulders and tris with chest day and bis on back day. i would not hit arms twice a week i do deads once a week maybe throw some good mornings in there. if doing shoulders more than once id focus on rear delts 3-4 sets the second day

What workouts do you recommend for rear delts?

As far as less working more...

The most I've ever done is 3-4 times a week and I'm just not happy with my muscle gains. I don't know if trying to workout more is the key or not but I figured what better time to try then when on gear. I figure maybe the faster recovery times
