I'm still in high school and I work out 4 days a week. I play football and Im trying to add a good 20 pounds of weight by the time next August rolls around. I really haven't tried serious supplementing and was wondering what I should consider to Increase siza and strenght. Keep in mind im still a young un.:p

Creatine
Protein
multi vitamin

I've used Creatine and protein before have not tried vitamins. But Im looking for more specifics like brands and could you give more insight towards multivitamins?

You really don't need suppliments.

Good food + the healthy doses of testosterone and growth hormone you have at this stage in your life naturally, in combination with a good training program will give you adequate results.

Just the ingredients and what the multi contains. I think its BV has a lot to do with it too. All I know, is Centrum is shit.

how are the twinlab multi's

I think they're pretty good. Thats what Prince uses.

My problem really isnt gaining strenghth. I've only lifted for around 2 years so my strenghth numbers rise steadily and I haven't hit a tough plateau. but I really do not gain much weight. I was 185 freshman year and as a junior my weight is 205. I can see my body becoming more muscular but there isnt much weight gain.

You are only 16 - give it time. Over the next few years your body (given the right environmental and genetic stimuli) will 'fill out' and the gains will come.

Eat right, train hard and it will happen.
