Hows it going Nice board you guys got here . Looking to help with personal experience and learn from others . Been lifting for 7 years strong just switched to powerlifting 2 years ago best lifts 560 deadlift ,squat 405 ,bench 345, more of a strength lifter not so much powerlifter . Weight 205 3 mile run time 19:35 pretty quick to be on the heavier side looking to get down to 185 to see what I would look like carrying this much muscle .
