Hey i am new to this site. I am 27 years old and have pretty much tried to stay in shape my whole life. I was in the Marines for 8 years and now am an engineer in the oil field. I am here to learn some of the new stuff out there that i couldnt really do in the military, and get to where i never really could when i was in. I have let myself go a little since i got out, but thats due to me being out of the game for about 8 months due to a blown shoulder and achilles. I am trying to lose some of my outer fat and then build myself back up by spring. I would like some pointers and supplements that can help me get there.
