Hey all!
Been lifting about 18 months now. I'm 5'7 and weighed 125lb when I started out! Right now I'm at 154 15% bf, all done naturally.
Started my new diet this week, introducing a 400cal deficit to lose some BF and get those abs in for summer.
I'll be doing an AAS cycle starting in November time to get big over the winter and will be posting for some advice closer to the time so don't be shy to help out!
Just thought I'd say hi and hope to find lots of useful info on these boards!
