I love to have bulky heavy body so that why I am here.
I need to have good exercise and ballance diet in order to get Mass a get weight. What do you think about me?
Just like me. I am 25, 6'3" and was 158lbs when I started working out.
I am following the MAX-OT info that is floating around and I have gained 10 lbs in 3 weeks (muscle, of course).
The basic principle for us skinny guys (or really anyone else) is to eat healthily and a lot/often and train intensely. Anyone can put on muscle... you just need different methods for different body types.
I am pretty sure Robert has a Max-OT PDF available for download for elite members or you can just do searches on the forums for all the info you would like. From one skinny guy to another though lots of calories and intensity is what you need. Your diet and workout routine are more important than any supplement you will take so pay attention to those the most. I am taking in about 4000 cals a day and working out only 4 days a week for 25-35 mins. It's working perfectly for me.
