If any of you guys could help me come up with a new work out plane I'd be great full. I have been lifting for 7-8 years. My diet is in check I know how to eat clean I just got my bf down to 13-14% I really only hold fat on my abs
I just started a test prop and dnp cycle to lean out even more. My routine now is pretty basic.
Chest/ tries
Legs
Back/ shoulders
Abs thrown in twice a week.
3-5 mile jog every other day.
