New Years Resolutions Anyone?

Start MMA.

Ive tried many times and for one reason or another ive stopped, but this year i have no excuses.

Its something ive always been interested in doing seriously. Must do it.

I never make resolutions because I never keep them.. but.. I have some ideas

Tighted up my diet and stick to it

Take my dogs for walks more often

Be diligent about my cardio

- Not struggle with bullimia for a year is my BIG one
- Get to my goal weight/appearance and get my photo's professionaly done
- Be a Sunshine girl
- Move in with lover

AND
attend church every Sunday
