Hi, ive done quite some research and decided to gather deca 300mg and test e 250mg "Fast Muscle Co labs." and Clomid as a pct i read is used best when useing deca. This basically what gone around where im at and whats available to me lab wise.
Im 25yrs old
my weight is 145lbs and 9.5% Bodyfat
Ive been working out on a off for a couple years, but more now and been back at it for about 6 months straight now.
I recently just exited off a cycle of Test E 300mg Nolva and Dbol 25mg a day, and the test e was at 400mg a week (shot every monday).
I train every morning Monday, Tuesday, off wed, and back at it thursday, friday, and cardio sometimes saturdays, but off sunday. I was weighing about 128lbs when i started the previous cycle and thats where im at now ^. Eggs and Serious Mass shake in AM. and I try to eat as much as I can lunch and supper wise. Red meat, Fruits, patatoes,chicken,tuna,fish. Im looking more into my diet as what I should be eating to gain more, but I cant find to many post of people my size. Help in this area would be great too.
The cycle goal that i want to start and im asking help about above I would like to tag on other 10-15lbs but to come of that goal is going to require alot of work so any help would be appreciated.
