Ok, so ive put on a diet plan here before and it apparently wasn't too good...
Now, i am not a hardgainer, i can gain muscle / fat real fast, and i mean reeeaaal fast...
So i'm now changing it to this:
1 sachet 50g oats mixed with a whole sliced banana
1 large boiled egg
30g Evox super pure protein
----------------------------------------
Apple

175g Tinned Tuna
-----------------------------------------
2x 100g chicen breasts
----------------------------------------
1 sachet 50g oats mixed with a whole sliced banana
1 large boiled egg

pre workout:
40g Evox super pure protein with 6x Muscletech leukic tablets
20g Evox HMB Fusion
Post workout:
40g Evox super pure protein
20g Evox HMB Fusion

Dinner
2 x 86g natural lamb patties ( pan fried in olive oil ) on 2 slices whole wheat bread
Other days:
2 x 100g chicken breasts ( pan fried in olive oil ) on 2 slices whole wheat bread
2 x 100g Steak cutlets ( pan fried in olive oil ) on 2 slices whole wheat bread
120g steamed mixed vegetables included with meal
All meals will be consumed within around 2 hours of the last meal...
I spend 2 hours a day in the gym focusing on 2 body parts a day, and jog for about 45mins every night before dinner.
Is this good for a muscle building diet while keeping fat gain minimum ?
