i would to ask is that ........



i drink half a cup of water before execise ....

after execising.... i do some cool down execise ... and my heart rate go back to normal..

but then when i drink 3 cups of water after the cool down ... my body will start to sweat .....

my whole body will be wet like ....... as if i just ran 5km is this normal ???
it seems like the water i just drank straight away come out of my body ..??

i dont know i sweat depending on how intensely i am lifting...
 
Sweating is just the body trying to keep itself cool, it has nothing to do with how much you drink.
And your not drinking enough BTW.
 
So what you are saying is that when u finish ur workout u cool down and if u drink water u start sweating again?


I don???t know about that but try watching a movie or doing something after ur workout that will get ur mind in something else. I know when I get APC, my heart rate goes up just thinking about how much coach is going to make me run.
