Newbie! Need your help!

Hi!
My name is Dev and I am 37 years old. I have started frequenting a gym for the last 3 months. I am happy at the way I am responding to my trainer and I am seeing decent results. At present I want to get a lean physic and I eat the following,
Break fast ? skimmed milk 300 gm and kellogs chocos 60 gms
Work out ? 20-25 minutes treadmill, 1hr15 min weight training
After work out I generally drink say 150 gms of guice, and then I have my lunch at around 1 pm, Lunch ? 1 medium bowl of Rice and 250 gms chicken with very little oil and minimum spices.

Evening, I eat fruits like, 1 apple, 2 bananas, some 3-4 dates, 150 gm juice Dinner is Chapati ? 4 and Chicken, lightly cooked.
Now, I am getting addicted to this lifestyle. Today, I broke my routine as there was a small party in my home. I ate a lot of junk stuff which I have been avoiding very easily for some time. And I ate quite a bit of it. Now I am feeling extremely guilty. I want to know what you guys do if you ever are in my shoes.
Hope, I have not taken a lot of your time, please help me.
 
Welcome, I usually have my carbs for breakfast and lunch and slowly cut them out till its all protein at the end of the day, but that's just me.

Welcome to the board.
Keep training and read as much as you can about training and diet.
Dont feel so guilty about the little party.
Later when you really get into the lifestyle it will be much easier for you to train harder and always be conscious of what and when you eat.
Take in lots of protein and push it hard in the gym.
 
Welcome. I just joined this forum also. I am really happy with it. Hope you have the same experience.
