Newbie Needs Good Workout for an AAS bulking cycle

So here's the cycle:

250mg of Sustaton every 4 days 5000 mg total (12 weeks)
20 mg of Dianabol daily first 25 days.
200mg Deca every 7 days (primarily for joint lubrication)
250 iu HCG every 4 days starting day 14


Goals:

Id like to put on fifteen lbs of muscle, and am willing to accept some fat gain, though I'd like to keep it close to 5lbs of fat gain max.

I've been trying to decide between p/rr/s and gvt. I like german volume training, as I've been doing it for the past four weeks, but I can't run or swim with it because I am just too sore.

Ideally I would like a workout where I can gain the maximum amount of muscle mass over the twelve week period as possible, while maintaining 2.5 hours of cardio per week.

Any ideas? What has worked for you?
 
Program looks good!! About time, a cycle with some thought behind it.

I'm not a sust fan, but if that's what you have, use it. I'd try using the dbol for another week if you can. 200mg of deca for joint purposes only is fine. I'd also consider running some proviron (50mg ed) or something of that nature along side of your cycle, especially if using decca.

HCG may be a tad bit low, I usually use 500iu E5D, but 250iu E4D may work for you.

Training. If you are looking to add mass over the next 12 weeks, I wouldn't focus too much on your cardio. Do a little in the AM when you wake up....rest, eat, go to work...and later hit the gym. I swim every day myself, 20 minutes in morning. You can lower your cardio on a bulk cycle. Up it next time when you are cutting.

Come gym time, continue your volume training. Be sure to add weight as you go deeper into your cycle.

You don't want to keep more than 5 lbs. of fat, that's fine. All this depends on your diet, the key to this entire formula. Eat lean cuts of red meat, chicken breast, fish, brown rice, fruits, nuts, vegetables, etc. Drink whey protein shakes, none of that "weight gain" crap. Eat foods high in calories and protein, and low in fat. Concentrate on complex carbs as well.

Now all you need is a well planned PCT. I suggest clomid, nolva can sometimes cause acne. It does for me. Nolva is much stronger. Good luck.

if you think you are only going to put 15lbs of muscle for a 12 week cycle then idk man you aren't shooting (no pun intended) high enough. You are gonna be a monster by the end of this!

Could you also elaborate on what you meant by extending the deca for an extra week. Since I will be shooting Sus e4 days ending with the last injection on the last day of the 12 week, I was planning to begin the deca at day 7 and stop at week 11. Are you suggesting moving to extned to the last week of the cycle, starting earlier, or some other timetable?

Also you reccomended Proviron. What is the synergistic effect that it would have with deca? Would I need 50mg every day for weeks 1-12? If I'm going to spend another 200+ dollars I'd like to know what the marginal returns are.

One final question. Is it a strict measure to get down to 10% BF before I start? I'm around 16% right now, so I'm definitely going to cut first, would 11-12% be good or should I hold out and really strive for the 10%. I realize that the lower the BF the lower the incidents of side effects, at least historically, but would like to hear your opinion on it.

Do you recomennd staying on the p/rr/s strict program. Or altering to do more volume and less power?

Also could you tell me the split, if you could include the specific excersises that would be even better but I realize that may be asking too much you were doing and how many days a week you were training relative to resting.

OK, I said extend the dbol another week, not the deca.

Both the sust and deca have long acting esters, but deca will last longer so I suggesting stopping the deca first, before you are out of test.

If you run a 12 week cycle, I would run the proviron for 14 weeks, until it's time to start PCT. The deca will shut you down, regardless of how much you are taking....besides, you have dbol and test on the menu. Proviron will help a great deal and works great as an anti-e. Besides, your pecker will love you for it. You wake up every morning with morning wood and it does seem to largely effect my libido. I run proviron with every one of my cycles. For your doses, 50mg sounds right....25mg might even work.

You said you want to cut first, but the cycle you outlined above leans more toward a bulking cycle. Especially with the long acting esters that sust and deca have. You can still bulk at 16%...that 10% number is not for everyone.

Sorry should have read more carefully.

I will seriously consider proviron. I went and got a more accurate, than the ab-neck girth BF%, and I am actually around 9.7% which in truth seems more realistic to me.
