Hey everyone
So bare with me and my newbie-ness lol...
Im a female 5'8" 135lbs, pretty lanky on the upper half but not as much in the lower half if you know what i mean.
I have no idea what my bf% is now. Last i checked it was 21 or so...aside from wanting to lower that number, I simultaniously need to build muscle.
I need diet/nutrition advice!!! I have NO CLUE what to AVOID (aside from the obvious) or what to eat MORE of!! Getting that out of the way will put me on the right track. For starters, im getting my green tea fill, for sure.
Any nutrition secrets in the world of fitness that i am unaware of?? Theres gotta be lol. I'll appreciate the imput. Thanks in advance. :bounce:
