im 15 yrs old weigh 142. about 5 7-8

i want to become as strong as i can possibly be or atleast to the point where i look in the mirror and say thats Sik enough

i will train as hard as i have to...
what i am looking here for is New friends
to help me achieve my weightlifting goals
i need a guide a mentor or somthing or im young and have
much time to grow and i know that much but i want someone
or all of u to help me..lol plz

ok i now see that many have viewed my trhread and have failed to respond

OMG ty..................................for 16 views and no replies
is this becasuse i appear as a moron or somthing...
i simply have the IRON BUG....what i want is a few pointers
i weight 140 and cna bench 160lbs 3 times

What kind of goals are you looking for? I think nobody has responded because you are a little vague on what you are looking for. Well, that and it has only been 1 1/2 hrs..LOL
Patience Grasshopper.

140lbs and bench 160lbs. Wow How new are you to weightlifting? I weigh 188, and can only bench 150(I think, been a few weeks since I have maxxed), but I have been lifting for about 2 months or so now. Guess it varies from person to person. I.E im a wuss.

more goals

if you want to beef up- Eat everything you can get your hands on and train heavy but with the right Form.

ty ty ty i read some things about the intenisy of my workout is waht counts ... so what i understood from it was, was to lift until my form is broken or atleast until i see my self using other parts of my body to complete a movement, meaning until i can no longer complete the lift or [Curl] with complete contol of the movemnet ,,,,,.????? is this correct

Just make sure when lfiting that you are doing a weight in which you can finish your sets, however if you can get a weight where you are working till failure or close to it, that is best, just remember form is key. Also, RUN to your local GNC and pick up some weight gainer or at least a protein shake that will get you started on the supplements you are gonna need. ALso, a Mega Men Multivitamin is another staple supplement. Make sure you have adequate access to a gym and make a commitment to get in there and work. GOOD LUCK.

You are correct. We were all newbies once, desperately searching for answers. I need to know about your current routine. What is your bodypart split? What days do you train? What are your exercises? How many sets/reps do you perform?
Let me know, and we'll get you on track! :)

do you lift at home or at a Gym? It is pretty hard to find mentor online, because that person isnt there with you while you work out to point out your mistakes or to congratulate you when you achieve your goal. I found a mentor at the Gym and the guy has been a great help to me so far when i first started lifting 6 months ago i used to weight like 160 with bench 150 now i weight 175 with benchpress max 250 2x.

i have some centrums and a friend of mine recommened creatine
its ATP creatine in like a little red bottle with a dropper...
its like 30-35$ should i use this ... ???

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
i have a incline decline bench wiht probally 200lbs plus, a straight bar, a curl bar, two adjustable dumbells, and two 30lb dumbells, currently i dont really have a set routine but ive been
curling these 30lb dumbells every other day about 5-6 sets of 10-12 curls per arm folowed by 3 sets of holding a single dumbell behind my head elbows facing forward like a reverse curl or somthing behind my head [dont know what its called lol...i think im getting stonger....have done this seriously for the last few weeks i have no leg routine or a good bench rotine...

Well if you wanna be "Sik" you will need much more equipment than that and some better routine

You need to build a foundation to work with. You need to work on basic, compound exercises that focus on the muscles of the legs, back, and chest. Here is a basic routine to get you started...

monday:
- squats...3 x 6-10
- stiff deadlifts...3 x 6-10
- bench press...3 x 6-10
- bent row...3 x 6-10

wednesday:
- military press...3 x 6-10
- barbell curl...3 x 6-10
- close grip bench press...3 x 6-10
- crunches...2 x 25-50

friday:
- deadlifts...3 x 6-10
- dumbell lunge...3 x 6-10
- incline press...3 x 6-10
- dumbell row...3 x 6-10

Let me know if you have questions...

ty ty everyone hey what about that ? i ahd on that AtP shit??? i was told its best creatine out there or almost i heard that soeme shit calleed BEAST is best but i aint usin it till i hear from u guys

im gonna take i pic today maybe ....dam im a little pussy boy compared to you fokers lol jk ....142lbs thats your curl....lolo my dad used to curl solid 75lb dumbells one hand joh no he said he made all kinds of mistakes like overtarianing and shit he said if i trained with him now id be beast but ............hes an asshole lolo
i dont see why fathers cant be more like friends and not dikheads... then maybe i would train with him or atlest go to the gym with him

Id advise getting a diet sorted too... You want to be eating loads atm but just think about what it is before you put it in your mouth. Dont go mad on dairy products ( except skimmed milk ) And try to eat meat once a day

Good luck :)

i belive your strength all depends on your state of mind...
like many of u have said ='s i agree

Stay away from creatine or beast crap........
waste of dough among other things.
I'm also a dad and I started my son at 15
and you know what after he finally learned
to just listen a little bit and stopped trying
to do it overnight he started "getting it".
Won't be long now and he'll be kicking my
ass.
So there's a way to get back at your old man
who is a "dikhead", listen to him, learn from
him and then kick his ass.

ty

thanks for advice once again...good idea picasso.......:thumb: :D :lifter:

Welcome to the board LittleFrank, use the routine Gopro gave and eat a load of protein, get plenty of rest and you'll be huge in no time!! :thumb:

alright im

Im starting his new routine this week..
im stocking up on salmon oatmeal potatoes and bonless chiken breast tomorrow...:D  :lifter:

ive been curling these 30 lb dumbells and i switched to the 50lb curl bar today and i gota helifed burn in my arms realllll good one..
i did sets of 6-10 from widest grip to closest

my arms are really looking like biceps now jsut a smaller version of most of u right arm has more of a peak to it left has more detaild tricp though... lolo but they are probaly like only .25in dif if at all:cool:

Cool LF, don't worry about the difference in size, its normal.
BTW, don't forget the TRI's make up 2/3 of your arm so don't leave them out!!

Good job on the arms LF. It looks like progression is kickin in nicely. I wouldn't worry too much about changing your grip on the curls though. Just stick to the basics.
