Before anyone says anything, i know the dosages maybe considered low, and i know most frown upon running deca equal to test, but i grew great, had no libido sides, and got all the proper bloodwork done post cycle and was G2G. I didnt want to bump my total mg per week because i saw no need to after how well i grew on previous cycle, but wanted to see the effect of a second compound.
5) Training routine and Diet
3 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, repeat
chest/tris, hamstrings/calves, back/bis, delts/traps, quads/calves (in that order following above schedule
diet
breakfast: 2 cups oats with small carton of egg whites
every 2.5-3 hrs rest of day: 8oz lean protein, 15 oz sweet potato or red potato, or 2 cups of brown rice
last meal of day: 2 cups oats, nonfat plain greek yogurt
logged meals in iphone app for 2 weeks and was between 4800-5200 calories every day
6) Cycle Goals
Continued lean body mass gains, that being said, i have 2 different cycles in mind:

50 mg Tren Ace EOD 1-8
bump prop to 150 EOD last two weeks to compensate for drop of tren ace, research has pointed me to the conclusion i shouldnt run the tren ace longer than 8 weeks
works out to be 525 mg/week
ran with .5 adex EOD, .5 caber E3D, and 250iu HCG twice per week

I would really appreciate your honest thoughts and opinions. I recognize that i am consider to young to be using AAS by most peoples standards, but this is a decision i have made, and one that i know i will live with for the rest of my life in terms of TRT and other things. Ive made a decsion to make a whole hearted attempt at seeing how far i can go in bodybuilding, so i find these things to be kind of inevitable with what comes with the lifestyle. I have been lurking on this forum for close to a year reading everything i can get my hands on, and if anyone feels i need to research more, just point me in the right direction and i will get to reading. Once again, i appreciate anyone who takes the time to give me their opinions and constructive criticisms!
