Nice optical illusion

This is possibly a fake ghost video obviously but it has a nice optical illusion in it. You have to download but before you play it, you need to increase the brightness of the video a little bit with windows media player in video settings.

Is it night already? Well, you dont need a complete dark room for the optical illusion to work but after seeing the video, take your eyes off the monitor and look at a dark place for a few seconds.
