Most of them are from members expecting orders well before they are due - and are a little paranoid during the waiting period .... "and that's cool."

Shit - we've all been there with our first order!

But you are spot-on about contacting a rep before you go public with any concerns.

Just remember guys .... "Z WILL take care of you - always!"

You have my personal promise in that - and with over a year with Z - I've never had to answer to that promise.

I'll play Devil's advocate here vicious: What excuse would you expect if you were being scammed by a black market "company" via the internet and there is zero way to truly contact an actual human? Of course they would say "it shipped, keep waiting" or something along those lines.

The only difference between not delivered and late is by receiving a package. As of 3 months it is not late, until/if it gets here....

I'm not trying to be pissy about the situation but blindness and parroting others is ridiculous. Having a few hundred bucks float away is a little annoying and I think that is an understandable complaint.

I have a couple of suggestions for you

1. You need to buy person to person. As a long time member of the AAS over email or net game; I suggest you find a local "guy" because of the posts you have in this thread alone you need to hand a guy cash and he hands you products. These sponsors and many others are doing what is in the best in the interest of safety for all parties involved. If Z team needs to hold orders for a couple weeks then that's exactly what they should do. They have not survived as long as they have by screwing people over and Z has one of the best long standing reputations on various forums.

2. Planning is key, and lack thereof is not a suppliers problem. I can't stress enough how important it is to purchase ahead of schedule, not be waiting everyday for the mailman with a syringe in hand ready to tear open the package a jam oil in your leg. I suggest to people all the time that they should be purchasing for their next cycle not for the second half of the current cycle. I have many friends that have been getting ready for Pro or National shows and are scrambling for last minute prep stuff 2 weeks before the show. I have always asked them how did you possibly plan for a year every meal, workout, and etc... For Nationals and you don't have prep items 2 weeks prior to walking on stage????

3. Funds are key. I look at the web game of purchasing like gambling. If I can't afford to loose the cash I'm about to transfer then don't send it. I have lost 5 didgets when it comes to purchases and not all to suppliers shutting down or not shipping, some just disappeared in shipping that were confirmed with tracker. I don't like it but it's part of the gamble.


One last point, do you realize that literally 2 days after OSL asked for people to contact a rep for issues you posted personal issues in the exact same thread!!! I am sure that you have made OSL your new best friend and he will be jumping to take care of you. DUNCE

Update: As it is known, I have been frustrated in waiting and losing faith. There appears to be light at the end of the tunnel and I will keep you posted if that light is bright..... or burns out.
