I have a shitload of Tamoxifen Citrate pills. Of course, I don't have a prescription. Could I get in legal trouble for possessing them? Would I have to check state laws on this? I live in Texas. Thanks.

This is classified as a legend drug. As LAM stated it is not a scheduled drug, but it is illegal to possess without a prescription. As Tamox is a breast cancer medication for woman it's not high on the list for prosecutions.PirateFromHell said:
