This is my 2nd post here so don't flame me to bad. I tried a search and didn't find much.
At this point in my life I am 25 years old and still only 135lbs. I think the fairy god bodybuilder passed me over when I was younger. Anyway, I straighted out my diet now. I would like to thank the writeups on this website for that. I don't have time for a gym membership and I don't have much weights at home.
My question is will pushups help me gain weight? At this point I can do 133 pushups in 2min. Yes I was in the military once and I was a freak at pushups. I know how much they work for strength. I just don't think I can build mass with doing pushups, crunches and pullups. Am I wrong or should I continue?
