noob needs opinions

Not at 20 years young. Just a better diet and training program.

Victor, I had the same body type, ectomorph, and it's just hard to put down the calories even now it makes me sick to keep up with my protein intake. His tiredness is probably coming from overtraining which I also did at the age and not being able to put down the calories is a double negative, so I understand the frustration.

EQ is an AAS....as you know. EQ should be run with test and it's usually run for long periods of time. I can in no way condone a 20yr old kid to start a 12+ week test/EQ cycle.

Yeah, putting down those extra cals and protein takes hard work for some. There are several natural herbal sups out there that can help stimulate an appetite. There is an appetite stimulant called "black hole". I've tried it and it works...leaves you with a dry cottonmouth, thus making you hungry. You can also use grass/hash to stimulate an appetite. You also have the option of using some peptides like GHRP-6, not that I would suggest that to the OP....but there are always methods to fix problems.

If you have trouble with your protein intake like you mentioned, you can purchase things like liquid protein from IDS. 3.4fl oz = 42gr of protein! That's one gulp. Have 3 gulps a day and that's 126gr of protein in 3 shots/gulps. Not bad at all for anyone trying to boost their protein intake.

Yes, EQ stimulates an appetite....but only for a short period of time. Again, I can not recommend that the OP uses such protocols at this time. It's obvious that both his diet and training are completely out of whack. AAS will do nothing for him at this point. But....he's going to do whatever he wants to do as he stated, so providing any more solid advice is pointless.

HRT for life at 20 will suck balls big time.

If somebody isn't even able to figure out their workload capacity before reaching overtraining, how can they even begin to comprehend cycle protocol, nutrition and training? Shit just doesn't make sense :headbang:
