Well it all started about a week ago. I was at the gym doing just a regular DB chest press. On my last set I was a little drained and while trying to position the DBs beforeI started the press I kind of tourqed my left shoulder. I ended up getting someone to spot me and I finished the set and the rest of my chest routine, this was last Monday. Woke up the next day a little sore and stiff but ok. But change nothing in my split for the week, a little sore but nothing that worried me. By saturday there was hardly any pain left at all. Yesterday on my first set I felt the pull but this time bad. I tried doing one set with a lot of pain and couldn't do any more. I tried the machines
trying to get a light workout but too much pain told me I should quit. Now I have a hard time lifting my arm above my head
I have decided that for this week I am going to take a break from anything that would put any pressure on this joint. Which means only hams, quads, calfs, abs this week. Last week I found strain on it even doing hammer curls and I want to avoid doing any major damage. So I am just carious if anyone has done anything similar ( I am thinking possible rotator cuff injury) and if there is any suggestions.
