Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
my hands and feet are always cold.. and often "fall asleep"
esp my legs since i like to sit cross legged :)

dunno about my lips turning blue..

my skin does look purple when im cold tho..can see my blood im practically transparent

Viv Im sitting here right now and my pointer finger on my right hand went "dead" just from drinking a glass of water(holding onto the cup) they're like freakin ice 24/7. :spaz:

dont sit crosses legged u goof. at least try not. that can produce valcroise veins (i cant spell)

I will prob have really bad varicose veins..I am sitting indian style as we speak!

Jen, when I drink something room temperature or colder, my whole body freezes and I get goosebumps..

Well an update on my numbness. Although not totally gone, it has been reduced quite a bit lately. I stopped doing over head presses and stopped flatbench flys. I am doing more DB raises (lateral and rear) and upright rows. For the chest I added dips and incline press. Anyway, it seems to have reduced the numbness to where it was before I started to lift weights.

With all this numbness going around, maybe someone can help me.

For years now, my right big toe cracks whenever i take a step. its sorta like how you can crack the knuckle on your fingers, but it just happens in that toe whenever i walk.

now i noticed that that toe has a numb feeling in it. i mean its not completely numb, but its analogous to when you sit down for a few hours in the same exact position and your legs fall asleep. well, i was sitting down the other day and noticed the outer back part of my heel on that same foot also had this same "numbness".
Is that bad?

I was doing leg curls awhile back and noticed that whenever i got to the top portion of the movement (where you flex your hammy's), i felt a little tweak in my leg. i told my buddy who kinda knwos about that shit and he said i may have pinched my ciatic nerve??

anyone know anything about this?

i doubt you pinched your sciatic nerve since you dont seem to have the problem further up your leg....more likely the deep peroneal nerve has an impingment somewhere a bit lower in your leg or foot...could also be some variation of plantar fascitis (not likely but could be)

the toe cracking in-and-of itself is not a big deal, as long as it isnt directly related to the numbness. All of us have something that pops or cracks....i know my ankle sounds like damn a damn popcorn machine in the morning...not a big deal usually.
