Click to expand... Well... per weight it has the same content as plain table sugar (that is - 100g = 100g carbs = 400 cals).. And sugar is ~4 oz (115g) per 0.5 cups... So if you assume that sugar and dextrose have the same density then: 0.5 cups = 115g of dextrose Therefore 0.33 cups = 75.9g A little too similar for my liking... They may well be correct... If you are going to be spooning out this stuff you might want to get some cheap kitchen scales - that way you can be accurate.
