Hello,
I was hoping to receive some direction to help me meet my fitness goals. Someone that has a proven track record, that wouldn't mind helping me out I am currently 6'1 and 210 lbs i would guess my bf% is somewhere around the 14% range. I was hoping someone could look at some photos of me and help me develop a body I can be proud of. I am unsure if I should bee trying to lose body fat or add muscle? I like my current weight but like everyone else I want a six pack and a physique similar to Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity or Daniel Craig in James Bond. I used to train years ago, but after a long layoff i have been lifting for 3 weeks. I am unsure of my direction but I have been tracking my calorie intake for the last few weeks, and have been consuming about 2800-3000 calories. Avg 200 grams of protein and 225 grams of carbs or so. I workout about 5-6 days a week, all weight training and no cardio. I am currently taking a multi vitamin, scivation xtend , creatine, cla and Dymatize whey Protein.Please email or pm me at your convenience but I want to get started right away.
