NYC stack!?!?!?

I ordered an NYC stack the other day and I haven't started taking it but I was wondering if it was like the ECA stack where you should do 2 days on 1 day off to give your body time to reset I guess so you don't mess up your adrenal gland is this true? Help please
 
The only NYC stack I know of is a packet of stimulants from MP research
 
I dont think its intended as a cycle. Its not quite like a Clen cycle. From the ingredients it seems more like a take as needed kind of thing.
Youve got to see if it prevents you from sleeping, because a few days without sleep and you are going to be in trouble.
 
NYC = Norepinephrine, Yohimbe HCL and Caffeine although I am not really sure this won't have the same affect as ECA as respects to adrenal gland suppression?
 
The way three stack was originally put out OTC, it was the equivalent of 6 of those caps a day. I can't imagine that much! 1 cap is it for me for pre workout, 2 a day if I'm cutting, never more than 3. Insomnia comes on hardcore at 3 for me. And a killer crash too. I've decided to just use 1 for pre anymore. Potent stuff.
 
I also have to force feed myself on it. Not an enjoyable cycle for me at all.

What's nyc?
Supposed to be nor ephedrine, yohimbine and aspirin.
manpower uses an array of other substances like green tea extract and extracts from other natural sources.

i have used it(both mp and self made(without all the other stuff)) and find it to be slightly more effective then eca. I ran it like eca cycle with multiple does a day for a month at a time.
I have a couple days where I took a dose too late and was up all night.
 
Take it first thing in the morning, and your last dose no later than 3pm at the latest, preferably earlier. Stay with 1 a day for a few days.Really focus on diet so you won't need NYC so much.
 
You can take it every day fir months if you want, but you probably won't want to. Start with 2 Weeks, maybe up to a month, then switch to clen for a couple Weeks.

3 pm was too late for me... It would keep me up. 6am and 2 pm was my protocol.
 
So what are you saying exactly how should it be taken


Im saying you should only take this on a night to study or party, or just for a couple days to burn a few pounds, I dont think Id be planning on taking it for 2-4 weeks with a 3 on 1 off type of routine.
 
How about 2 weeks NYC then 2 weeks ECA then repeat?
I think you would be better suited by 2 weeks NYC, two weeks off then 2 weeks of eca.
whatever receptors in your body responses to stimulates gets burn out pretty quick. You need time off to reset the receptors(or whatever body function responds to stims)
