huh?

If it is flavored, it has sugar, and a high GI.

Eat completely plain oatmeal and you can sweeten it yourself with splenda, natural peanut butter, fruit, etc and it will be much better than the instant flavored kind.

One of my favorite healthy treats is 1 cup of cooked oats, with natural pb, splenda, and a cut up banana!!!:thumb:

regular flavored instant oatmeal will have less sugar than flavored instant oatmeal. therefore, the regular flavored instant oatmeal will have the lower GI level relative to flavored instant oatmeal.

MWPro and r0dxx are right, though...if you really want low GI oatmeal, make your own using unprocessed oatmeal. instant anything=bad idea.
