Oats as my only carb source?

Lately I've been doing oats in every meal as my carb source, and the only other carb sources are 2 slices ezekial bread, a little veggies, milk (13g/cup) and dextrose in my PWO shake...

Just wondering if this is alright, been doing it for a while...
 
what kind of oats?

how many veggies are you getting? at least 3 out of your meals should include them

anyway, aside from being incredibly boring i dont see a problem with that. unless they are quaker/quick oats
 
There would be benefits of varying nutrient profiles from other carb sources.

Remember this is about making about making a change to your lifestyle, do something you can stick with for the long term. I doubt you will able to eat oats every meal for the rest of you life.
