lads for the last few weeks iv been on a lean bulk diet and it has bein goin great, lately iv noticed myself gettin fatigued very easy after work (heavy work involved) so i decided im going to take this week off to get rest and sleep then go back next week ready to go again, anyways, was just see what ppl do n general as in would they stay on diet and just do cardio or go off for the week , i ask this because i dont want to be eatin the same amount as i do without working out because im afraid ill put on un neccesary weight
