1 cheat day is not going to harm you. ;) I would try and schedule in a cheat meal every now and then to keep your sanity. Enjoy it. Its your reward. Most the of weight that you gain is going to be water and within a day or 2 it will be gone.

Yall are weak cheaters :D .. When I cheat, I let my body know whos boss.

Im talking two IN and Out double doubles with fries-animal style.
