oh sh*t i messed up

okay you know when i was writing about my curling monday? well i messed up monday i did chest and biceps and i was suppose to do chest and triceps so is their anything i can do?
 
um.... train them another day
 
i was also suppose to train abs on monday too but i forgot
 
can i do this?
mon.bi's,chest
tues.cardio
wed.legs,abs
thurs.cardio
fri.back,tri's
can i do that since i messed up already?
 
It's nothing to stress about. Stressing will do harm than good. Just keep going and get things rigth the next week. Simple.

Yeah dude, you are a stronger man than I . Had I accidentally trained the wrong bodypart, I prolly would have killed myself. You show great restraint, Grasshopper.

In case you didn't know, I was shitting on you, you are fine, just train on another day as others have suggested.

Kenwood, its good to mix parts up from time to time, don't sweat it.
 
You will be fine. Perhaps you can prepare your WO ahead of time in some kind of a journal. I prepare my WOs in 6-week blocks. I know the exercise/wts/reps I am going to use for the next 6 weeks. Then at the end of 6 weeks I re-evaluate my progress and adjust accordingly. Natually I may have to tweek it during the WO as I feel stonger on some days and some days I may not feel I have the energy/intensity level as other days. I have found that this works for me in keeping straight what body parts to work and the rep ranges.
