What's the body part for you that friggin BURNS like crazy when you work em good... I really don't feel pain except with my calves... it's not that my muscles are tired... i mean after alot of squat sets my thighs shake when i walk... but at the end of my calve sets and especially after that last rep they burn like a son of a bitch...

Anyway, long explanation... but what muscle group burns the most and what exercise typically causes it?

Mine is Calves, seated calf raises...

biceps

For the burn ABS. I like when I loose my breath trying to knock out a couple more reps. But for a major muscle group the LATS take the cake. When Im done hitting the lats I feel twice as big 30minutes later it goes away but its a great feeling the next day when I raise my arms up and it hurts. Right now I hate I mean I hate squats. I have said this like 5 times already today in different threads. I cant even walk. There was no such thing as delayed mucsle sorness it was immediate. Dam that was long.

yeah...legs always suck a couple days after....

Triceps!

Not sure if this counts but I puked on leg day and my throat burned like hell afterwards :D

Instant burn, arms and shoulders. The joy of delayed-onset muscle soreness -- squats or deadlifts.

Legs, they burn like a son of a bitch. Leg press I think thats what does it for me. Though I do press after squats, so screw I dont know.

My quads after some serious leg extension drop sets... ouch the burn is brutal. As far as delayed onset muscle soreness... definitely chest and hamstrings (from SLDs) :thumb:

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Deltoids and calves are the worst!

yup delt suck also :fire:

legs and arms, forearms burn the worst when doing arms.

Every muscle group burns equal and every exercise causes the maximum burn. If you are not burning some muscle groups to the highest or if you think that some exercise don´t produce it, it is because you are not a professional/addicted burner.

Remember that pain is very subjective ;)

the worst "burn" ive ever felt has to be cable side laterals, which i dont do that often but when i do my shoulders ache... soreness is legs without question

Most everything I work burns quite a bit. My chest and lats are exceptions. I rarely feel a lot of burn in them (Although I did get some when I just started doing pullover the other day). Biceps, calves, and abs are probaly the worst/best for burn while lifting.

Chest is the uncomfortible soreness. Calfs/Forearms/Triceps... Ouchie! But chest is by far the worse a day after a solid 25 set chest workout.

I'd say Calfs and Biceps for me, but calfs are the most annoying, especially since it seems to take at least 5 flights of stairs to get to my classes, but biceps are a close second.

I get a burn doing any exercise especially since I started doing OVT with the supersets and 2-0-1 followed by 6-0-2 tempo's for 5 reps each. I beleive it helps with the mind/muscle connection alot better if you can feel that intense burn.
