Ok im 6 foot 11 no not 6 foot 1 that was not a typo. Im 225 pounds i got calipered at 14% body fat pretty sure im 17% tho,21 years old. Looking to get into body building need new diet.I just started up in the gym (computer nerd almost all my life). currently prob eat around 2,200 calories a day but never have counted just estimated.After what i calulated i need around 5,000 clean calories but if im wrong please please correct me thanks again guys.
