ok im on my way...help

ok now ive finally started eating alot of the right foods....i just would like a little push in the right direction and a patt on the back...

basicly i havnt sorted out when i eat and how much of it i eat to a t

but all ive been eating is like as least bread possible
lots of meat..beef chicken..pork, some green veg, drinking lots of water,and alot of fruit cuz i like fruit :lick:


but i still need to be alot more strick at eating...

another thing is(yes this is very pathetic) in the past ive hardly bin weight training at all...but now im getting a bench and a whole set..... i know i can confidently push 32 lbs. so soon enough il be able to bench press and also 'start' working on my legs for once(although im an ex rugby player and i did a hell lot of jogging in the past) so hopefully enough im going the right way???
(remember im only 14)

Sounds like your looking to spend time in the diet forum? In which case, this wasn't it ;)
 
basicly...

i just wana know if im doing the right things....and if im not tell me what i could improve..
