ok scales say I lost 2.2lbs this week but BF is higher! WTH

Whats going on, scales suck and I know it, but at the moment I have no other means of getting my BF read, so my fandangle scales read both weight and bf and other things...
last week I was 51.7 kilos and it said 20.5%, today I weight 50.7kilos and 21.5% WTH?
I always thought that if you lose weight, you lose BF! Yes or NO?:pissed:

Just my opinion, but I only trust calipers and Hydrodensitometry Weighing for accurate BF measurement.

Also, what do your measurements read? You are keeping a log of measurements aren't you?
 
Those scales will read differntly depending on how hydrated your body is. If you want to lose some body fat get a reading pre and post taking a shower and see the difference. *lol*
Take your reading 1st thing in the morning before eating but post bodily functions. Just use them as an overall indicator. As previously mentioned, for more accuracy use calipers.
