does neone notice the same thing like on some days my muscles will jus get smaller for no reason like ill wake up and they werent as big as they were the night before i work out 5 times a week so i dont know whats going on here.did neone experience this when they first started working out.THANKS
 
i find that my muscles look slightly smaller 24-48hrs after i work them but then they increase after that
 
re-evelauate your diet, especially your post-work-out carb intake, which should be high in simple carbs, e.g. glucose, to restore depleted glycogen stores.

you may also consider a break, or varying your work-outs, e.g. a heavy training week, then a lighter training week.
