Sounds like you overdid it - one of those compounds alone should be enough. Some people do stack clen and keto.
From what I understand, there can be a rebound effect esp. with T3 - your metabolism will "crash" or slow down considerably after your body has become accustomed to it.
One question - is this post cycle, and if so - did you run proper PCT?

what was your diet like ? where did you get the supps from ?

My diet was especially clean, yet my appetite increased dramatically so I could
not be strict for too long.
One was cynomel, bought from burnphat.com, and the Phoenix Labs Clen 200mcg/ml
I did all right at first, yet I actually seemed to gain weight instead of lose it. help!
I am going to try the T3 alone next time, on top of an ECA stack, please tell me how to do it.

How about you use neither and focus on your diet.
ketotifen has a bad habitit of increasing hunger (a very bad thing when you r on a cut). i reccommend taking an appetite suppresant to counteract this. i like avant lab's H.E.A.T. b/c it does not overstimulate my cns like caffiene does. also , i would recommend doing a week or two of pct for the t3 to reduce post cut fat gain.
