Oh wait, maybe its me.

So, I started my journey back today. I'm starting from scratch and while I'm really disappointed at how far I've fallen, I feel I can make some great strides in the next 6 months.

My diet is solid, my supplements are good, and I think my workout is good too.

I think the culprit for my toilet situation is the squats, or maybe the RDL's, who knows. :D

I know I often look at the stairs asking ..... who then hell broke in built more!!!
 
I'm with you on that one. After reading Builts and alot of other peoples suggestions, do squats, do squats, so I started doing squats 2 weeks ago and now I can barely squat to tie my shoe laces. But damn it feels good! Never before have my quads let me know that they are a part of my body like they do now. :clapping:
 
Squatting is by far the most taxing of exercises, even more than deadlifting, but Its far and away my favorite.
