Cutler wins 200k?

Olympia must draw fkg millions from that event . . .

. . why they short-changing these gear-monkeys?

the athletes make way more from endorsements and appearances than any prize money will ever be.....well if they have a good agent anyway.....it's a shame yes, but the harsh reality that many are in and out of bankruptcy annually......

Cutler should be getting 10x that amount . . . any other event on that scale he would

It's not a lot of money for what they have to put into it. Of course assuming they have endorsements and don't have to spend money on supplements, gym costs, etc. It still don't seem like much. And there was no price for people under fifth or sixth place. Do these people not get anything?

the event organisers are killing the pig . . these dumb-ass bbers should be unionising themselves for a slice of the action :coffee:

70% of NFL and NBA players are retiring bankrupt so it's surely should be surprising that a pro BBer has little funds...

Some BBers have tried to unionize before, it never goes well. That also doesn't stop people from spending money like tards.

A lot of them live and party like rockstars, when Flex Wheeler came here he rented a Ferrari at $1100 a day for several days, stayed at one of the ritzier hotels, had several folks in his entourage he had to rent cars for, probably paid for their rooms too and other expenses....

Lee Labrada had a real nice home, one of those ones where you walk in and the stairs go up either side of the wall, and then he had a huge like 15' painting of I think it was Arnold hanging from the banister the back yard was huge with a big swimming pool with boulders around it and a waterfall plus a small horse corral and a huge front yard with a good sized pond when I visited a few times in the late '90s i assume he still has it or one better.....but he started his own supp company so that was a wise move on his part....

Two words come immediately to mind.

Joe Weider.:shooter:

+ Ben Weider. the brother that died with a billion + dollars assets. The two set up one hell of a racket and raked in the doe leaving the meat heads behind. I think most of them still sign exclusive contracts.

Surely they are pulling some money off the supplement companies though, I would think. I believe some athletes make more money off endorsements than the actual sport.

Most BBers sell BA on the side just to keep a roof over their heads. True story.

:coffee:

Mine is:
1st Fee Owner: Manic Lioness
2nd Fee Owner: Manic Lion
Current land market value: $544,600
Current building market value: $432,200
Total value for property: $976,800
Land Class: Homeowner
Assessments for tax year: 2010
Land area: 4,725 square feet

So where do these guys put all of their money, they gotta be getting several hundred thousand from endorsements and appearances at Exhibitions and other crap...probably from living like wild rock stars and not thinking of their future just like everyone else in the US....

neither is mine. so?

why not? he has no children so no need for a trust there and very, very few 40 year olds put their homes in a trust for the spouse.

isn't it "your" house? why would it be in someone else's name?

There can be many reasons to put it into a trust or corporation.

I could speculate, but I'm feeling a bit lazy.
