I'm a guy who gain mass easily problably between endo and meso type of body. However, even with tons of cardio and a superclean diet that's harder for me to stay ripped.I've read somewhere than omega 3 must be a solution. The article was saying that for a month, you take a gram of omega 3 per percent of bodyfat and after that you divide the dose by half. Is this method worth trying for a guy going the natural way!!!!!!

You want to be taking omega 3 everyday for the rest of your life. 4-6gs a day is standard for men. They are important for overall health. People that dose omega 3 tend to carry more muscle mass...this is a fact.

In regards to your question, assuming your diet is somewhat checked out, look into understanding insulin. Researching this hormone in relation to carbohydrates will greatly enlighten you.

Thank you very much, I'll do my homework on the role of insulin!!!

agreed!

the 4-6g a day is of FISH OIL (not total omega 3). So 4-6 fish oil caps a day. otherwise to hit 6g of actual omega 3 you would need to consume a lot more.

just remember these can increase your risk of bleeding so if you are taking anything like NSAIDS, aspirin, coumadin, etc to be careful.
