Read this BEFORE looking at the pic....the bold is Bill Mahoney.....the dude in the pic. He`s a MMA fighter. The non-bold are concerned fans at another board.
"Did he lance that thing"
No.
"What was it from?"
He(Wally McDonald) threw a kick at my head.I shot. I guess his shin hit me.But I havent see the fight, and Im still not sure. I remember getting him down and thinking "Im lucky THAT missed" Then I could actually see the lump.Which at first I mistook for a low flying UFO.
"Did he win?"
No.They stopped it when they saw the lump(which I came to name "steve").
"How long does it take one of those to go away"
I swear that it actually got bigger(by another 1/3rd) than in that pic by 10 minutes after I left the ring I feared Id live with it for a month. But within hours I had pushed the blood all around and it was down by 95%. In fact I trained the next morning.(didn't want to... but it's a long story) By friday it was almost gone when It balooned back up after it was rubbed wrong as I trained(thanks Lauzon). I squished it out again, now it's 99% gone about 2 weeks after the fight. And a part of me misses it....
"Did it hurt to push the blood around?"
Not at all.I never felt a thing until a few days later when someone that shall remain nameless caused it to swell up again. You know the weirdest part? The night after the fight I dreamt that I had been born with a malformed evil siamese twin.
