At the moment I am cutting and am doing it through strict diet and high volume training I needed some feedback from u guys to help me along the way.

My training is as follows:

Monday:

AM - 40 mins cardio
PM - Chest and triceps

Tuesday:

AM - 40 mins cardio
PM - Legs

Wednesday:

AM - 40 mins cardio
PM - HIIT training (guerilla cardio)

Thiursday:

AM - 40 mins cardio
PM - Shoulders and Traps

Friday:

AM - 40 mins cardio
PM- Back and Biceps

Saturday:

90 mins kickboxing

Sunday:

OFF (Possibly light cardio session)

Further info for the above is I am currently following the (P/RR/S) routine for my weight training and the morning cardio is all done at a fat burning pace and is done on an empty stomach before meal 1.

I also realise that most of u are gonna say straight away that I am over-training but this routine isn't on-going and I am trying to shock my body into dropping my bf asap!!

Now for my diet and supplementation; obviously not everyday is the same but I've given u a typical day below:

Before AM cardio I take Glutamine, BCAA's and caffeine supplement and BCAA's again after.

Meal 1 - approx. 60g of oats with 45g of whey and 2 caps of EFA's

Meal 2 - large portion of steamed veg with 250g of lean Turkey (250g is the weight uncooked) with 1/2 tin a tomatos

Meal 3 (Pre WO) - 25G of whey and 150g of natural yogurt with honey. Glutamine, BCAA's and caffeine cap.

Meal 4 (Post WO) - Glutamine immidiately then approx 60g of oats with 50g of whey, 250ml of freshly blended fruit (strawberries, bananas, oranges)

Meal 5 - 300ml of cattage cheese with 4-5 rice crackers or wholemeal bagel and a handful of almonds.

Meal 6 - Omlette (6 eggs - 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg) with small portion of veg and lean chicken (Alternate veg with salad) 1 cap of EFA.

Meal 7 - 30g of casein protein with 2 caps of flax oil right efore I go to bed.

I have the occasional cheat meal (just 1 or 2 a week) and I like to have a drink once or twice a week nothing major, if I'm in the house it's usually a few vodka's with diet lemonade but if I'm out with the boys it's a stupis amount of lager and spirits - hey u gotta let your hair down!!!!!!!!!
