it's pretty hard to. Because most people favor one arm/side over the other.

I can carry 30lbs in my left arm all day long and my right for only two
mintues. A lot of it is genetics but it's also training equally or really harder
on your weaker side. There are excerises yuo can do that can help a little.

My right pec is bigger than the left, my left ab muscles are bigger than the right, my right trap is bigger than the left, my left quad is bigger than my right, my right biceps is bigger than my left, and my left tricep is bigger than my right. Not by much in any of them....i wonder how much is has to do with things ive been doing for a long time, like shooting the basketball left handed and kicking a soccer ball left-legged...

we are almost all like that. take a good look at some of the pro's physiques. whether its arms or traps or whatever, you can see differences in size and shape from one side to the other. just dont obsess over it, things will even out somewhat over time with training.
