Kracin said:try using barbells for your arm exercises..... that way when one gets tired to the point of exhaustion the other one doesnt get any more work than it needs, even if it isnt tired out or anything.. eventually it should catch up...... correct me if im wrong on this, but it always feels like the arms get a more even workout for me using bars instead of DB's, even though dbs can give a better burn because of balance and all
