OK, here is a question for you all. I have a friend who has been working out for about 5-6 years. He is naturally skinny, does no cardio, and is extremely muscular, so he is cut as well. Other people tell me that he goes to the gym about 4 hours a day, maybe even 6 on weekends. I personally doubt this even though everyone tells me its true, but I know that he is very dedicated and very very into fitness, lifting, exercising, etc. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
