Obviously sterility and potency are what's most important when buying gear.

BUT

In my opinion, the look of the gear is also important. Professional, uniform labeling would certainly sway my decision when choosing from 2 reputable labs. I feel if you can take the time to make your product look professional, then it's a good indication of the time and effort you put into the product itself.

Does it matter all that much to you?

Opinions? :)

a simple label is fine, altho if people put some effort into the appearance it makes you feel like they care enough to produce a quality product.

That's exactly how I feel brother. A true professional takes pride in the quality AND appearance of their product. Nothing flashy or cartoonish, just a nice neat professional label. If it resembles an actual script, that's a plus for me. That's why I took a liking to PSL new stamped labeling. It's simple, yet neat and professional looking IMO.

there is the only importance on professional manufacturing facility of gear, fancy label mean nothing

I definitely agree with the importance of labels. Nothing like a mispelled word on a label to make me weary of what's in the vial lmfao
