How many of you guys are guilty of over training.
I should of had today as a rest day.. stupidly went out for "one" beer last night ended up having about 6 or so feel slightly hungover and just went gym to do some light cardio i just cant seem to stay away from the gym i feel like going back for some more light cardio! im not going to im gonna just rest but could easily go back for more not to mention i done legs yesterday and there are still aching from then..any of use ever feel like you just cant stay away? i understand how important rest is for the body but feel really shitty when i dont get some form of a workout would you class the cardio as training?..is it possible to "sweat" out the alcohol or is that just bs
