How many of you have to hold yourself back to keep from over training?

What do you mean hold back and what do YOU define as over training. We all have our own levels :D
 
Well, I love to train, and I can easily over train.
What do I mean by over training?
Doing more than my body can recover from,
and actually become weaker.

Knowing that overtraining is counterproductive and that it will hinder your gains in both size and strength should be ample motivation to keep your self from doing it!!

It's definitely counter productive, hell, maybe I'm some kind of a masochist. *grins* I do manage to keep myself in check though.

Good...keep yourself in check. Train hard, but not long or too often.
