Overboard on pill popping?

I am trying to get past some major plateaus in my lifting, and so I am increasing the supplements I take. I've been stuck at a 260lb bench press for 6 months for one example. I have been on Creatine (I take the pill version of Estertized creatine with Nitrovex) for a few months. Here is what I take a day:
8 total pills of Creatine (4 in morning, 4 after workout or at night)
1 pill of 500mg L-Glutamine.
2 pills of Octacosanol (one w/breakfast, one with dinner) {"Growth Factor 1}
1 pill 200mcg of ChromiumPicolinate
2 pills Of Anabolic Matrix Rx ("to maximize Natural Test levels")
I also take one or two servings of protein a day (usually one serving 20grams)

I want to start taking 1-AD and 4-AD for a month on, then 6-Oxo while off.
Should I drop the 2 pills of Anabolic Matrix Rx (Tribulus Terrestris, Tongkat Ali, Diindolemethane, Chrysin, Pyroxidine HCL and Bioperine ingredients) when I start the 1 and 4AD? Is this alot of pills to take in a day? I do try to space them out and follow the directions carefully. Or should I just add the 1 and 4AD to what I am already taking? Or should I drop (or also drop) in addition to the Anabolic Matrix) the Octacosanol Growth Factor 1?
Please help-I don't want to take all these pills if I shouldn't be!

I would drop the Chromium Pic and if you are only going to take 500mg of Glut, drop that too. Probably dont need Anabolic Matrix and 1AD/4AD at the same time. 1AD isnt that harsh, so you could drop the 4AD and keep the Anabolic M or vice versa. If you feel concerned though, drop everything for a month and so a course of Pro Liver or milk thistly to bounce your liver back. None of those things are that harsh on the liver, but the combination over time is just making it work that much harder, and obviously making you nervous. Just MO.
 
taking creatine in pill form is a waste of money, you are paying extra for no added benefit1. same applies to the glutamine caps and 500 mg of glutamine will do nothing... take 10 gram doses or don't bother
 
Should I be taking more L-Glutamine than that? The dosage said one pill. Is that too low?

500mg is nothing! thats the sort of dosage they recommend in health food shops.

one dose should be around 5g, i would have one does in the morning, one does in the evening and one pre workout.

get powder not pills

Most of the glutamine you ingest is destroyed in the gut, hence the need for higher doses. I agree with LAM that at least 10g is required.
 
Geesh! Thank God I asked! I would have been wasting my time taking one stupid pill! So the powder forms are better then. After I finish this bottle of Estertized Creatine pills I intend to buy the powder again. Any advice on the total amount of pills and supplements I am taking though? I hear most people recommend that you should take Creatine, Protein, and Glutamine as a basic set of supplements. Are the other things I am taking going to help? Will the 1AD, 4AD combo give me that little extra somethin to increase my lifts? Thanks by the way to all!
 
Bulk powders offer much better value, you don't pay for fillers, bulking agents, capping processes or fancy packaging like blister-packs. Definitely buy creatine and glutamine/glutamine peptides in powder.
