I have been training lately, above and beyond my normal routine cos I want to bring my self to a new physical level. I have wanted to weight train 3 days a week, ride my bike 800 to 1000 miles a month, try to run as much as 25 miles per week (5 miles per day). I have been trying to get near these goals and when I started I was taking trib. It really helped with recovery and stuff. Then I stopped taking trib and reality set in, my knees started killing me. So, I decided after about 3 years of no gear the time has come. So the past week i have been taking 100 mg/ml of tren. I can discuss my cycle plans if you want o hear ask. So, I have been expecting a return of quick recovery, but its actually worse. Am I building new tissue or am I dying or what? not to mention I have been under-hydrating, but i have since taken care of that.
Over all my diet is good, plenty of fishes, beef, chicken, vegetables, yogurt, whatever, even a few cookies. What the hell is going on? When I ride my bike it feels like the muscles in my feet and calves are an inferno, it burns bad enough that I have to rest. My motivation is down, i was expecting aggression, and i can't go ten min. w/out getting thirsty lately. All opinions welcome.

I guess you have been tired.I think you need rest and worm-up when next work out.Your knees need worm-up to run, ride and othere sport.it's important for your knees.By the way,you must adjust your diet, decrease fat,it will let you tired. It's my opinion.

Your riding your bike about 30 miles a day, running 5 miles a day, doing weights, and doing a cycle? Thats a pretty heavy schedule if you ask me. Your legs are probably waisted after 1 or 2 days of that. You need to give your body time to rest and recover so you might want to switch over to at least every other day when doing your cardio and such. As for your knees, theyre probably hurting for the same reasons your calves are(overtraining) but if your doing leg extensions, stop, because they are very hard on your knees.

Your probably not getting enough calories. If you're not getting enough fuel for your body, then your body is going to stop functioning at 100%. I agree w/ Xcel, you're doing way too much cardio. just bike or run, don't do both in the same day, and don't make it extremely long. that puts stress on your cns and can raise cortisol levels which hinders muscle gains and causes other problems.

maybe your just not cut out for easy exercise

Thanks, I will give my diet some attantion and rearrange my workout schedule. Thanks. Ant.
